Questions about plans
What counts as a flow run?
A run you start by hand. Runs from monitoring and deploy checks don’t count towards the monthly number.
When do monthly counts start again?
On the first day of each month, at midnight UTC. Deleting a project doesn’t give runs back.
What happens when we reach a limit?
The action is refused with a message saying what was used and when the count starts again. Nothing is charged extra.
What happens after a downgrade?
Your flows stay. If you monitor more flows than the new plan allows, the oldest ones keep running, and monitors slow down to the plan’s shortest interval.
How do we cancel?
An owner cancels from Organization → Plan. When the subscription ends, the organization goes back to Free.
